This notice explains how Angie's Nail Garden handles information when you visit this website, chat with Lulu, or ask Lulu to work with an appointment.
Information you may provide
Lulu may receive your chat messages, service preferences, requested dates, name, phone number, an optional email address, and an optional appointment note. Email is optional and is used for Square reminders when you choose to provide it.
How the information is used
The information is used to answer business questions, check live availability, create or locate eligible appointments, complete customer-approved appointment changes, and diagnose booking problems. Angie's Nail Garden does not sell website chat information.
Services involved
Lulu uses OpenAI to understand and answer messages. Zapier connects Lulu to Square, and Square stores customer and appointment information needed for booking. Requests to OpenAI are configured not to store the response through the API. Each provider also handles information under its own privacy terms.
Problem reports
Lulu can create a short support reference when something goes wrong. These reports are designed to exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment identifiers, and message text.
Your choices
You can book directly through Square or contact Angie instead of using Lulu. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive health information through chat.
